Your first appointment will usually include a cleaning, x-rays, a complete oral exam and a period of discussion with your dentist to talk about your dental health status, and in case of problems, the different treatment options that are available to you. Treatments can usually be done on the same day as the consultation, however, depending on your medical history or if you require a more complex treatment plan, they could be done at a second appointment.
Please have the following information with you for your first visit!
General dentistry offers a wide range of dental treatments to help you achieve and maintain exemplary oral health throughout your life. Whether it is a follow-up appointment for your child, a simple dental examination for yourself or you need a more complex restoration procedure, the team at Monk Dental Center is here to take care of all your family’s needs.
We encourage all our patients to visit us at least twice a year. During these routine appointments, we will perform a thorough cleaning and dental examination to ensure that your smile and teeth remain healthy. If you have pain, a damaged tooth or a dental emergency, please do not wait and contact us as soon as possible.
When you come for your first appointment, we will ask that you fill out a short form giving us important information about your overall health and oral health. In preparation for your visit and to speed things up, please print and fill out the form at home if you can.
